The Dancing On Ice contestants have been told they should not have sex over the Christmas period – and there’s more they’ve been banned from doing…
The new series launches on Sunday, January 7 and the celebrities have already begun training for their big debut on the ice, with judge Jason Gardiner issuing stern advice for them.
Jason, who is known for not mincing his words, has ordered the celebrities to avoid drinking and overindulging during the festive season.
“They need to avoid alcohol, any overindulgence on Christmas Day and sex,” Jason told The Sun. “Absolutely no sex. It drains you of your chi.”
He added: “I’m being serious. Like boxers, they will have to abstain. I’m going to.”
The brand new series of Dancing On Ice will be its first since its hiatus in 2014, with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield returning to host the live skating competition.
Joining Jason on the judging panel is Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo and skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who were coaches on the original series.
