R&B star Ginuwine is reportedly being lined up by Celebrity Big Brother bosses to appear on the next series of the show.
The 47-year-old US singer – who has nine children by five different women – is set to enter the Elstree bungalow for the new series which celebrates women.
Producers are apparently eyeing up Ginuwine because of his womaniser ways, as they hope his charms spark a romance in the house.
A telly source told The Sun: “Ginuwine is single and known for being a seriously smooth operator. Producers are hoping that one of the female contestants will fall for his irresistible charms and spark a romance in the house.
“Pony has become a recognisable hit again after Channing Tatum stripped off to the track in Magic Mike – and hopefully Ginuwine will show off his dance moves during the series too.
“He is a fun and lively character and is likely to be a real favourite among viewers.”
Ginuwine is the only the second male celebrity lined up for the new series in January, joining Love Island’s Jonny Mitchell who was first linked to the show last month.
The new series will launch with an all-female cast at first as Channel 5 celebrate 100 years since women won the right to vote, with male housemates entering shortly afterwards.
Celebrity Big Brother returns to Channel 5 on January 2nd.
