X Factor runner-up Grace Davies to sign to Simon Cowell’s Syco ‘in next few days’

This years X Factor runner-up Grace Davies is expected to sign to the Syco music label ‘in the next few days’ after losing out to winners Rak-Su.

20-year-old Grace might just get that all important record deal, even though she didn’t win the ITV singing competition last night (December 3).

Head judge Simon Cowell is said to be so impressed with Grace’s talents that he’s willing to sign her to his music label.

A source told The Sun: “This has been a fantastic year for talent and both Grace and Rak-Su would have been worthy winners.

“Grace and Rak-Su write their own material and are real and rare talents – and Simon and all of the Syco team have made it clear they are keen to work with both acts.”

An impressive 4.8 million votes were cast during the X Factor final, as Grace lost out by just over 10% to boyband Rak-Su.

The X Factor will return to ITV next year.
