Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway has been hit with fix claims when a contestant chose the wrong answer during their ‘Win The Ads’ game.

It was during the final episode of the series – which came live from sunny Florida – when contestant Neil Scott quickly changed his answer after he gambled to win all the prizes.

Mr Scott was asked if the Statue of Liberty held the torch in her right or left hand, to which he replied: “I’m going to say left, I haven’t got a clue.”

After the audience started shouting, Ant then asked him: “You’re going to say what?” before Neil changed his mind and decided to go with the right hand.

Fans have hit out at the Geordie duo for allowing Neil to change his answer, reminding them of the fact that earlier in the series contestant Joy Norman got the final answer wrong and wasn’t allowed to change it  – so didn’t win the lot.
