It’s been revealed that former Big Brother housemate Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace will appear and stand trial in court after the Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit on the Side brawl last September.
Although there’s been speculation and rumours as to what actually happened, it’s now clear that Aisleyne has been charged with common assault and criminal damage.
At a hearing last Monday in Stevenage, Aisleyne denied assaulting Farrah Abraham and causing criminal damage to her dress.
While Aisleyne was given a caution by the police and refused to accept it causing her to stand trial, Farrah and Janice Dickinson did accept the police cautions they received. Farrah received one because of her glass throwing during the show, and Janice received hers as she flung her chair to “break up the fight”.
Vicki Michelle who was on the panel that night was “glassed” when Farrah threw a champagne glass at her head missing Aisleyne – who threw the liquid in her glass at Farrah.
The trial will take place in March where Vicki will give evidence as well as senior BOTS producers and Rylan Clark-Neal. It’s unclear whether Farrah will return to the UK for the trial.
